Windows: The binary was created by cross-compiling with the Debian-packaged mingw-cross compiler version mingw32(3.2.1.20021201.3-1), mingw32-binutils(2.13.90.20030111.1-1), mingw32-runtime(2.3-1). ./configure was called as follows: ./configure --host=i586-mingw32msvc CFLAGS=-O4 --datadir=C:\\Windows\\Programme\\mICQ\\\0 The binary was stripped afterwards.
